I know the photos of everyone smiling at the camera are important. I will definitely prioritize those, but I also won't hold back in getting fun, candid photos that show personality and love!

Things you don't need to stress about...
How you should stand or where your hand should go - If you haven't realized by now, let me say it one more time. I want you to relax and have fun. I'll guide you all along the way, and I'll throw in some fun and special ways for you to interact with your people.
What you'll wear - if you wear what you love, how can you go wrong? If you want to know, neutrals are pretty timeless and look good in most locations, but whatever is true to you is what you should wear.
How your kids will behave - I get it, sister... But here's the thing, I want to capture this season for you. If the kids are a little crazy, then I'm here for it! My shooting style is to keep things moving and create a space for fun and meaningful interaction. Instead of meltdowns and, "Just smile for one more picture," let's have genuine smiles from everyone.

I'm Bethany and I'm here to document your story in a relaxed and meaningful way
I'm a go-with-the-flow Carolina girl, based out of Raleigh, but the blues and greens of our East Coast mountains have my heart. I'm also an adventurer, and my husband and I love to travel with our little fam (we also enjoy being home...I'm a firm believer you can love both).
Ultimately I'm a Christ-follower, and that's really one of the biggest things about me. My hubs and I have been married 5.5 years, and we have two girlies. Family is one of God's greatest blessings in my life.
