Elegantly Rustic Outdoor North Carolina Wedding | Seth + Grace

Something that sticks out to me about this day is the special love this couple has surrounding them in their families. As an outsider witnessing almost every part of the wedding day, it seems like these two both of tight-knit families that are blending together beautifully through this marriage. What a gift.

I'm saying "elegantly rustic" in the title of this blog post because details and colors were classy and elegant, but there were also rustic touches seen throughout the day too (lookin' at you, new leather boots😉)! All of it came together beautifully for a gorgeous wedding day (including some really nice March weather in North Carolina).

The Ridge House has become one of my favorite little venues for an Eastern North Carolina wedding. It's an Airbnb in Spring Hope, North Carolina. Check it out here! The main house is where the bride and her girls got ready, and there's a separate house for the guys. The ceremony was on the front lawn facing the pond, and the reception was nearby in a pretty white tent.

FIRST LOOK WITH DAD

Grace gifted her dad one of her bridal portraits with a letter written on the back.

FIRST LOOK + LETTERS/GIFTS

One of the sweetest moments of the day was when Seth and Grace read letters from each other and realized they both included a little inside joke of sorts (about loving each other lots) that they hadn't said in years.

BRIDAL PARTY

CEREMONY

Grace's father built the cross that was used at the alter during the ceremony. Both of Grace's sisters had it in their weddings too so it was special.

RECEPTION

"something old, something new, something borrowed, something brewed"

Seth and Grace had a private last dance while their guests lined up to send them off with pretty dried lavender.

Congrats, Seth and Grace!
