I heard the word "pivot" more than once on this wedding day - the weather, sickness, vendor changes, and things I probably don't even know about, and through it all, the phrase Heather texted me earlier that week rang true, "At the end of the day, we will be married, and it'll be fine." Their day was more than fine - it was beautiful, made even more beautiful by the blanket of snow that showed up over night.
I watched the weather constantly this week hoping we would get our first good snow of the season. It did not disappoint, but it did make Saturday morning a little more interesting! We made it to the church, and the snow-covered ground made a beautiful background for photos.

I'm so impressed and intrigued with this business I recently learned about - Flower Moxie. It's an online do-it-yourself flower company. If you're planning a wedding and looking to save some money, check them out! I was already obsessed with the flowers from this wedding without even realizing they came from an online DIY biz.
Bridal Party
Bridesmaid dresses came from Baltic Born, and they were beautiful!
The Ceremony
I love when a couple chooses to worship in song with all of their guests.
"I cling to Christ and marvel at the cost
Jesus forsaken, God estranged from God
Bought by such love, my life is not my own
My praise, my all shall be for Christ alone."
The Reception
Congrats, Josh and Heather! Can't wait to deliver your bride and groom gallery soon!
